There are dimensions of energy and existence that defy normal observation. Using the teachings and the physical sciences, we can reason our way towards a greater understanding of the actual truth, and our real situation. What are we, what do we eat, what do we need, why be born, etc. While it's clear that fitness and diet go a long way towards health, there's an overlap of observable physical reality with super-sensual, energetic states that we typically can't directly access, call it hidden knowledge.

Thus, gaining 'strength' via muscular growth is 'fitness training,' and also at the same time a 'Vajrayanic developmental exercise.' Therefore, list other 'developmental exercises' that may come to mind, or that are revealed in whatever manner. Draw connections and permit the mind to lead the understanding, for there are forces at play that are beyond understanding.

Start with one to two hours a day

Research the scale and tonality used in the Great Pyramid of Giza and use that.
